Courier shall have no authority to bind or otherwise obligate EZScrpt in any manner, nor shall the Courier represent to anyone that it has a right to do so. Courier further agrees that in the event EZScrpt suffers any loss or damage as a result of a violation of this provision, the Courier shall indemnify and hold harmless the EZScrpt from any such loss or damage. Any damages experienced by EZScrpt as a result of a failure of the Courier to appear or negligence by the Courier will result in the removal of said damages from the payment made to the Courier.
